SFTP and FTP setup

Use SFTP for secure file transfers.

Steps:
- Get host, port, and credentials from Services
- Use an SFTP client (WinSCP, FileZilla)
- Save a site profile for quick access

If FTP fails, confirm the firewall allows the port.
