Tax and VAT details on invoices

Tax fields appear on the invoice summary.

Steps:
- Update your VAT or tax ID in the account profile
- Confirm the invoice line item shows the VAT rate

If your tax rate is incorrect:
- Open a ticket with your invoice ID
